Cancellation Policy

MISSED CLASSES Dancers who miss 2 or more classes in a multi-session program may be discontinued from the program at the discretion of the instructor. Missing multiple classes in our multi-week training programs have significant negative impacts on the other dancers in your class and the choreographer. Dancers who are discontinued from their training program will not receive refunds or credits. Under The covers PROGRAM ATTESTATION By registering for this program, I attest to understanding the following: If I cancel my registration with more than 7 days notice of the start of the program, I will be refunded minus a $50.00 administrative fee If I cancel within 7 days of the start of the performance program, or once the session begins, I will forfeit my investment as no refunds will be provided My attendance is mandatory for all classes If I miss 2 or more classes for any reason, my participation in the program may be discontinued at the discretion of my instructor If my participation is discontinued, I will not receive any refund or credit I am committing to attending all classes, and the full cast rehearsal on November 22nd, 2026. I understand that if I can not attend the scheduled picture day, (November, 08) that there will be no make up session for missed photos I am committing to attending the performance Show Day on November 28th with a 1:30 p.m. arrival time I commit to abide by the Heels Collective Dancer Code of Conduct
