Cancellation Policy

PERFORMANCE TRAINING/MULTI-WEEK PROGRAMS Our multi-week programs require a high level of commitment. When you register for one of these programs, your participation is expected with full attendance. Dancers who miss classes in multi-week training programs (especially our performance training) have a significant impact on the choreographer and other students in the class. CANCELLATIONS We understand that circumstances may arise that impact someone’s ability to follow through with their registration. Cancellations will be managed as follows: a.) Cancellations occurring 1 week or more before the session begins: You will be refunded your investment minus a $50.00 administrative fee b.) Cancellations occurring less than a week before the session begins or once the session has started: No refunds will be offered for cancellations that occur in this period Your full investment is forfeited The reason for this is that the choreographer has already completed their formations with you included, full planning with your attendance has occurred, and your spot will not be able to be filled with a different participant. MISSED CLASSES Dancers who miss 2 or more classes in a multi-session program may be discontinued from the program at the discretion of the instructor. Missing multiple classes in our multi-week training programs have significant negative impacts on the other dancers in your class and the choreographer. Dancers who are discontinued from their training program will not receive refunds or credits. SINS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM ATTESTATION By registering for this program, I attest to understanding the following: If I cancel my registration with more than 7 days notice of the start of the program, I will be refunded minus a $50.00 administrative fee If I cancel within 7 days of the start of the performance program, or once the session begins, I will forfeit my investment as no refunds will be provided My attendance is mandatory for all classes If I miss 2 or more classes for any reason, my participation in the program may be discontinued at the discretion of my instructor If my participation is discontinued, I will not receive any refund or credit I am committing to attending all classes, and the full cast rehearsals on June 15th and 17th I understand that if I can not attend the scheduled picture day, (May 24th) that there will be no make up session for missed photos I am committing to attending the performance Show Day on June 20th with a 1:30 p.m
