Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your booking(s) yourself, either on the website or Fit by Wix app, anytime up until 48 hours before the class to receive a full refund or Class Pass credit. Please contact us for an e-transfer refund, or to apply that credit to your account towards a future class booking, as we do not monitor payment types for cancellations. Class Pass credits will be applied automatically by Wix upon cancellation. Within 48 hours of the class, you must contact us via e-mail or @theheelscollective Instagram direct message to cancel. We understand that unforeseen extenuating circumstances do happen and will try our best to accommodate you, however refunds or Class Pass credits will not be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the class. *Please note some multi-class sessions or guest instructor classes may be subject to a different cancellation policy.* If for any reason WE need to cancel a class (due to teacher illness, low enrolment or inclement weather for example), your Class Pass will be credited automatically or your e-transfer will be refunded in full or transferred to a later class of your choosing. We will reach out to you to discuss your preference. WAIT LIST: Please be advised that by joining the wait list the following conditions apply. 48+ HOURS BEFORE CLASS: If a spot opens up, you will receive a notification in the Fit by Wix app ONLY (the bell in the top right corner). We therefore STRONGLY recommend turning on notifications in settings as WE DO NOT MONITOR CANCELLATIONS if they are more than 48 hours before the class. This notification is sent to ALL members on the waitlist SIMULTANEOUSLY. As such you or anyone else on the list will have 3 HOURS to claim your spot on a free-for-all basis (whoever gets it first) before it is released back to the public for booking. (This process is generated automatically by Wix.) WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CLASS: We will message you directly on Instagram (or via e-mail if unavailable) on a "first signed up, first served" basis. You still have only 3 hours to reply before we message the next person in the queue. WITHIN 12 HOURS OF CLASS: You may be given as little as 1 hour or less notice to claim your spot via Instagram message or e-mail, which will be determined on a case by case basis at our discretion based on timelines and number of people on the wait list. *Please note that all Class Pass and eGift Certificate sales are non-refundable, but do not expire as long as we are in business.
