Service Description
While this class is best suited for an intermediate/advanced beginner to intermediate level dancer, choreography can be modified to suit most levels! Brand new to heels? This class is an important way to build and strengthen foundations while developing new techniques. Go in expecting that you won't nail it, and realize that is totally ok! We are our own worst critics, and we promise nobody here is judging you. We've all been there! Every class is a great learning experience and every single person will be cheering you on like you're a pro. Seriously, our hype squad is next level! Intermediate level is more your skillset? You should feel right at home in this class! Understand yourself better as a dancer and gain more essential skills that will help you grow. Some classes will feel/be more challenging than others. One class you might feel like you nailed it and the next you might struggle. This is a great class for reminding yourself that practice makes PROGRESS and perfection is only perspective. Been dancing forever and even teaching classes? Use this class as an opportunity to work on specific aspects of your technique like facial expressions, posture, clean lines, energy, incorporating your own flavour into the choreography and even modifying it to suit your own specific style. This class will be a great confidence boost for you, plus help others see how someone else more experienced dances it, and therefore pick up extra techniques and skills from you as well. Win win!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your booking(s) yourself, either on the website or Fit by Wix app, anytime up until 48 hours before the class to receive a full refund or Class Pass credit. Please contact us for an e-transfer refund, or to apply that credit to your account towards a future class booking, as we do not monitor payment types for cancellations. Class Pass credits will be applied automatically by Wix upon cancellation. Within 48 hours of the class, you must contact us via e-mail or @theheelscollective Instagram direct message to cancel. We understand that unforeseen extenuating circumstances do happen and will try our best to accommodate you, however refunds or Class Pass credits will not be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the class. *Please note some multi-class sessions or guest instructor classes may be subject to a different cancellation policy.* If for any reason WE need to cancel a class (due to teacher illness, low enrolment or inclement weather for example), your Class Pass will be credited automatically or your e-transfer will be refunded in full or transferred to a later class of your choosing. We will reach out to you to discuss your preference. WAIT LIST: Please be advised that by joining the wait list the following conditions apply. 48+ HOURS BEFORE CLASS: If a spot opens up, you will receive a notification in the Fit by Wix app ONLY (the bell in the top right corner). We therefore STRONGLY recommend turning on notifications in settings as WE DO NOT MONITOR CANCELLATIONS if they are more than 48 hours before the class. This notification is sent to ALL members on the waitlist SIMULTANEOUSLY. As such you or anyone else on the list will have 3 HOURS to claim your spot on a free-for-all basis (whoever gets it first) before it is released back to the public for booking. (This process is generated automatically by Wix.) WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CLASS: We will message you directly on Instagram (or via e-mail if unavailable) on a "first signed up, first served" basis. You still have only 3 hours to reply before we message the next person in the queue. WITHIN 12 HOURS OF CLASS: You may be given as little as 1 hour or less notice to claim your spot via Instagram message or e-mail, which will be determined on a case by case basis at our discretion based on timelines and number of people on the wait list. *Please note that all Class Pass and eGift Certificate sales are non-refundable, but do not expire as long as we are in business.
